Participation in the draw is open to individuals who meet the specified eligibility criteria.
Each participant is allowed a single entry. Multiple entries from the same participant may lead to disqualification.
All entries must be submitted within the stipulated deadline. Entries received after the deadline will not be considered for the draw.
The registration amount is refundable only in the case of non-allotment. No refunds will be provided for cancellations or withdrawal after allotment.
Payments will be accepted only through the company’s official account. Any payments made through other channels will not be considered valid.
Participants must provide accurate and valid contact information for notification purposes. The company will not be responsible for any communication issues resulting from incorrect contact details.
The right to participate in the draw is non-transferable. Entries cannot be sold, transferred, or assigned to any other individual.
Any commitment made on behalf of the company by any employee or a channel partner & Broker of the organization unless given in writing by the company shall not bind upon the company or its management.
Plots will be allocated based on the draw results.
Successful participants will be notified via the contact information provided during registration.
Clients are requested to pay their EMI on time as per the respective payment plans agreed upon. Failure to do so may result in penalties as per the rules of the company.
After 7 days from the date of allotment, the 10% of the received amount will become non-refundable.
In the event of a client failing to pay or missing the EMI for more than three instances, the plot reservation will be canceled without any refunds.
Government registry of plots will only be initiated upon the completion of the full payment by the client.
The company reserves the right to impose penalties for delayed EMIs, as per the terms and conditions agreed upon by both parties.
